About this beach
Ploče Beach is a stunning pebbly beach near Krimovica, roughly 5 km south-west of Budva, renowned for its exceptionally clear turquoise water and terraced sunbathing areas.
The beach features pools set into rock terraces that cascade down to the sea, creating a dramatic and photogenic setting. A restaurant and bars on site mean you can eat and drink without leaving the complex. The pebbles and transparent water make it a favourite for snorkelling. Despite its relative distance from central Budva, it draws visitors looking for a more scenic and organised beach experience.
The setting is quieter and more secluded than the main Budva beaches, suiting couples and those after a relaxed day by pristine water.
Good to know
Ploče is best reached by car or scooter — the road is winding but manageable. Go early in summer as parking is limited. Bring snorkelling gear to make the most of the clear water.
