About this beach
Trsteno Beach is a naturally beautiful beach located about 5 km west of Budva, near the village of Trsteno, offering a quieter and more unspoilt stretch of coastline than the main Budva beaches.
The beach has a relaxed, natural character — pebbles and clear water in a relatively undeveloped setting, with the backdrop of wooded hills adding to the peaceful atmosphere. It's well-rated by over 1,100 visitors, reflecting genuine quality rather than organised infrastructure. The water is typically very clean and calm, making it good for swimming and snorkelling. The surrounding area is lush and the beach feels away-from-it-all compared to the busier resort strips.
It suits those who prefer natural beaches with fewer crowds and a more local feel.
Good to know
A car or scooter is the best way to reach Trsteno Beach. The road narrows approaching the beach, so arrive early if driving in high season. Bring your own food and drinks as facilities are limited.
