About this beach
Long Beach is a sweeping sandy stretch on the eastern edge of Ulcinj, part of the famed Velika Plaza — one of the longest sandy beaches in the Adriatic region. Backed by dunes and framed by open sea, the beach has a natural, unhurried feel despite being well-visited.
Kitesurfing schools dot the shore, drawing wind sports enthusiasts from across Europe, while sunbeds and parasols cater to those who prefer to relax. The water is shallow and calm near the dune side, making it suitable for families with children.

Good to know
The stretch nearest the river mouth can be windier — ideal for kite and windsurf lessons. Arrive early in summer to secure a good spot. Basic amenities and food stalls are spread along the length of the beach.
